Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I am truly excited to welcome you to PWSA | USA's 39th United in Hope National PWS Convention in Orlando, Florida. Our biennial convention is a powerful reminder of what makes this community so special. Families, individuals with PWS, clinicians, researchers, professional providers, and advocates come together with a shared commitment to learning, connection, and support. There is nothing quite like being in a space filled with people who understand this journey, and I am so glad you will be part of it.

The 2027 convention will once again bring together our three core programs: the Medical and Scientific Conference, the Professional Providers Conference, and the Family Conference. Each program is designed to meet the unique needs of its audience while creating opportunities to learn from one another. From cutting‑edge research and clinical advances, to practical strategies for providers, to accessible and meaningful education for families, there truly is something for everyone.

I am especially excited to share that we are adding a new Adults with PWS track within the Family Conference. This addition reflects our continued commitment to supporting individuals with PWS across the lifespan and creating space for adults with PWS to learn, connect, and be seen. Alongside this, we are proud to continue offering our PWS Camp Program, which provides individuals with PWS and their siblings a fun, engaging, and supportive experience while caregivers attend sessions with peace of mind.

Whether this is your first convention or you have attended many over the years, I hope you leave feeling informed, inspired, and deeply connected.
